Certification Qualifications

 

The requirements for this certification are outlined in the following application form. The CCD certification fee is $100 and the certification is valid for a period of three years, after which the applicant must apply for re-certification. The CCD designation is available only to certified community developers. A community developer is a person who is engaged in a purposeful effort to enlist community people to collaboratively work to shape and guide the development and economic prosperity of their community making full use of local and external resources.
